Alexander Price
President and CEO
President and CEO Alexander Price is responsible for the oversight of all five branches of the bank, and also serves as a director for CSB and CSBO Holdings, Inc.
Alexander has spent his career in technology. He started on the government side as the IT policy advisor and speechwriter for Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper. Alexander then moved to the business development side, working for companies in application platforms and manufacturing and restaurant automation. He has a BA in international relations and economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Jessica Frigetto
Chief Lending Officer
Chief Lending Officer Jessica Frigetto maintains the bank’s loan portfolio. She graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking in 2013. Jessica has been advancing at the bank since she was 16 years old and is enthusiastic about leading and directing the overall loan portfolio. She is also actively involved in the local 4-H program as an organizational leader, and helps her club facilitate many community service projects throughout the year. When not at the bank, Jessica enjoys quality time with her family and their ranching and farming lifestyle.
Bryant Hall
Chief Financial Officer
Bryant is the Chief Financial Officer and provides assurance of the bank’s safety, risk framework, credit standards, and business strategies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wyoming and a master’s in accountancy from the University of South Dakota. Originally from Cody, Wyoming, he moved from Casper, Wyoming where he managed the Client Treasury Services Department for Hilltop Bank. Prior to his career in banking Bryant was the founding executive director for two nonprofits in northwest Wyoming, the Yellowstone Recreations Foundation, which reopened the Sleeping Giant Ski Area west of Cody, and By Western Hands, a nonprofit that aims to preserve western functional art and design. Bryant is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys climbing, skiing, backpacking, and hunting. His heart lies with his family and spending time with his wife, Vickery, and their children, Grace and Tommy. Outside of his family and professional commitments he has served on a number of local and state-wide boards. He is currently the treasurer for Climb Wyoming, a nonprofit dedicated to changing the generational cycle of poverty by supporting low-income single mothers through career training and job placement.
